Terms of Reference for Final Project Evaluation

The project ‘Green Cross’ is implemented by BGF in partnership with EDEN and financed by the EU delegation in Albania. The project objective is to contribute to overall sustainable economic growth in the cross-border region by enabling municipalities to transition into a sustainable green economy through integrated policy, smart public investments and capacity development.

Since the project is in the final phase of implementation, BGF and EDEN are looking for an expert or company to successfully evaluate the project.
